Why does my invoice still say unpaid, when I have just paid in full?




When you complete payment, our payment processor automatically communicates with our database to confirm your payment and assign your invoice as paid. This should be instant, but there will be times when the payment processors automated communication is either delayed or queued. Don't worry, it will recommunicate and change to paid in due course. Sometime just a hard refresh (CTRL + F5) does the trick. You will also be emailed a Payment Confirmation Invoice that will say Paid.
